This item was opened by me. Was in a sealed (nailed shut) wooden crate, sent from France in 1952 from the Air Forces Europe Exchange. Remained unopened in crate for 72 years. Piece of the clock was broken off at some point in its life (shown in images) but is there and can easily be repaired. Top piece of clock shows wear, looks like it rubbed on inside of box.
